Bacon Ranch Pasta Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
1.5 cup low-carb pasta1/2 head cauliflower2.5 oz real bacon bits1 carrot, grated1/2c sour cream1/2c mayonnaise2 tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch Powder mix1/2c canned peas1/2 cup spring onion1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, drain well. Cook cauliflower until tender, drain. Mix bacon, carrot, sour cream and ranch mix together, then add pasta, cauliflower, peas, onion and mozzarella and stir until mixed. Serve chilled.
