Low-Carb "Spaghetti" with Ground Turkey sauce

Ingredients
1-1.5 lb ground turkey3 medium tomatoes - halved1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup chopped bell peppers3-4 garlic cloves minced1 tbsp olive oilsaltpepperitalian seasonings (basil, oregano, parsley)red chilli flakes 1 spaghetti squash1 tsp olive oilsalt pepper
Directions
Pre-heat the oven to 375, Cut the spaghetti squash in halves, place on a shallow tray flesh side down. add 1/2 cup water. and set it in the oven for 29-30 minutes (test with fork for tenderness, do not let it cook too long)

meanwhile, heat olive oil, add garlic and chilli flakes, let it sizzle, add onions and green peppers, saute 3-4 minutes, add halved tomatoes (you may add crushed tomatoes/tomato sauce etc).
Add salt, pepper, seasonings . and let it simmer till completely soft - 20-30 minutes.

After roasting, cool the squash, and tease out the spaghetti strands using a fork, toss in olive oil and salt pepper.

serve with turkey sauce!
