Cauliflower Pizza Crust with Peperoni, Sauce and Cheese

Ingredients
Crust:1.5 cups blanched cauliflower {riced or grated;3 cups raw} 1 Lg. Egg .5 cup Go Veggie Mozzarella Flavor Shreds 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning .5 tsp. garlic powderToppings:34 slices Turkey Peperoni1 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Homemade2 cups Shredded Motzarella Cheese,
Directions
Preheat oven to 450*

Cook the cauliflower with 1/2 cup water about 6 minutes until tender. Drain water and let cool. Finely chop, rice, or grate and measure 1.5 cups.

In medium bowl combine grated cauliflower, egg and Go Veggie cheese. Mix well to form a "dough".

Flip over 2 baking sheets and spray with olive oil. Spread half the dough on each. Should be about 8" round.

Bake at 450* for 18-20 minutes. Top with sauce, Peperoni and Motzarella cheese. Bake additional 5 to 10 Minutes to melt cheese.
