Quinoa cranberry salad

Ingredients
1/2 c quinoa1/2 c edemame shelled1/2 c roasted dry peanuts lightly salted1/4 c roasted pumpkin seeds1/2 c craisins reduced sugar (dry cranberries)juice of 2 limesgrated orange zest of one medium orange1/2 c fresh orange juice1/2 tsp garam masala (pumpkin pie spice would do)1/2 tsp sesame oil1 c fresh spinach
Directions
1. Cook the quinoa according to package instructions. For better results soak quinoa for 2 hrs.
2. Wait for quinoa to cool then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
