6 Week Cole Slaw

Ingredients
1 med. head of cabbage, shredded or chopped1 med. onion, chopped1/2 c Canola oil1 c cider vinegar1 c sugar1 T salt2 T celery seed1 c Craisins
Directions
Mix cabbage and onion. Let stand one hour. Combine oil, salt, sugar, vinegar and celery seed. Bring to a boil and pour over cabbage and onions. Add Craisins.
