Bison Gringo Chili

Ingredients
Bison Meat, 1 lbBeans, pinto, 2 cupsBeans, navy, 2 cups1 Yellow Bell Pepper - cut small1 Red Bell Pepper - cut small1 shallot - dicedChicken Broth, 4 cupsChia Seed, 2 tbspCumin seed, 2 tspGarlic, 2 cloves
Directions
Soak beans overnight then rinse and drain.
Lightly sear cubed bison in frying pan and place in crock pot. Dice the peppers and small dice the shallot and add to crock pot. Add cumin, smashed garlic and chia seeds. Pour chicken broth over everything and cook on low for 6 -8 hours. Salt to taste.
