Ham and Cheese Omelet

Ingredients
4 large eggs2 oz havarti cheese2 oz black forest ham2 tbsp. chopped scallion1/4 cup chopped cherry tomatoes1 tbps. butter
Directions
Break eggs into large bowl, whisk in 2 oz water

Heat butter in large skillet on high heat
Pour eggs in skillet
Pull egg mixture from edges of pan with spatula letting runny egg mixture fill in
When egg mixture is mostly firm add cheese, ham, scallions, and tomatoes

Fold omelet in half and let cook for 1-2 minutes more until cheese is melted and filling is heated through
