Renata's Basil Scrambled Tofu

Ingredients
14 oz firm tofu1 package Bolani Basil Pesto1 cup chopped onion1 garlic clove2 tomatoes sliced for garnishsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Sautee onion and garlic in water for 5-7 minutes until soft
Add crumbled tofu, pesto, salt and pepper
simmer/saute for 5-10 minutes
Serve with sliced tomato
