Babies Banana Crepes

Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoon melted butter1 banana mashed5/8 cup whole milk 1 large egg1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
Directions
Mix all ingredients well. A blender works well but can also be done with a whisk. Let sit to hydrate flour for about 10 minutes. Cook in a nonstick skillet using 1/4 to 1/3 cup of batter per crepe.

Serving Size: 1/3 cup batter makes 1 crepe.
