Radish Top Pesto

Ingredients
1 cup packed radish leaves, well washed1/2 cup packed lemon balm, well washed1 oz grated Parmesan1 oz sunflower seeds1/2 tsp garlic powderzest of 1/2 lemon3 tbsp olive oilSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Put all the ingredients into the food processor, and pulse together until smooth (you'll have to scrape down the sides of the bowl once or twice during the process).

Serving Size: Makes about 1 cup, 8 (2-tbsp) servings
