Turkey Burgers

Ingredients
32 oz. Ground Turkey1Egg1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix1 4oz. can Diced Chili Peppers
Directions
Mix all ingredients together well. Scoop 4oz balls onto foil lined cookie sheet. Form into patties. Spray cast iron skillet with non stick spray and heat at med heat. Lay patties in hot skillet and cook approximately 3 min on each side or until nice and brown. Pour a little water into skillet and let simmer until water evaporates.
