1/2 large apple, cored and sliced1/2 cucumbers, sliced with skin4 oz low-fat plain yogurt (1/2 container)2 tbs non-fat milk1 1/2 tsp honey1 dash fresh ground black pepper1 dash sea salt, fine ground

Combine all ingredients into blender and puree until creamy.
