Ingredients
beets- 1/4 beetoats-1/4 cupcellucor red velvet whey protein- 1/2 scoopunsweetened almond milk- 2 ozcocoa powder- 1 Tmaple syrup- 1/2 T
Directions
blend all ingredients together in blender or food processor to desired consistency. transfer to a microwaveable mug.

Microwave 1 minute on high. stir. microwave 1 minute on high remove, drizzle with maple syrup.
