3 halves of chicken breasts1 packet of reduced sodium taco seasoning1 cup Salsa1 can Cream of Chicken Soup, 98% fat free1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream1 cup rice, cooked
Place chicken breasts in bottom of slow cooker. Cover with taco seasoning. Add salsa, soup and black beans. Cover and cook on high for approximately 8 hours. Shred chicken, add sour cream and rice, mix thoroughly.
