Fresh Garden Vegetable & Veggie Burger pasta w/sauce

Ingredients
1 Lg. can crushed tomatoes2 C. Morningstar Farms Veggie Burger Meat1 C. shredded carrots1 C. chopped green pepper1 C. raw onion1 1/2 tsp. butter2 Tblsp. light country crock churn style margarine1 tsp salt1 tsp pepperfresh parsley to tastefresh cilantro to tastefresh basil to taste1/2 C. parmasean cheese2 C. dried whole wheat pasta
Directions
sautee all veggies in butter/margarine until the onions are transluscent and starting to carmelize; then add Morningstar Farms Mealstarters veggie burger meat and stir. Add can of crushed tomato and a pinch of splenda to cut tomato acid. stir well and bring to boil. Add pasta; stir and reduce heat to medium for 20 min. stirring occassionally.

This is good warm or as cold leftovers, YUMMY
