Ingredients: *Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Spirals (Pasta), 2 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 1.5 1tsp (remove)*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields (remove)Yellow Mustard, 0.3 tsp or 1 packet (remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 plum tomato (remove)Onions, spring, sliced, 1Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 oz (remove)Parsley, 0.25 sprigs (remove)
Cook the past according to the pack instruction.
Mix the oil, lemon jus, mustards, sea salt and pepper to make the dressing.
When the pasta is just tender, drain it well and put in into a serving bowl. Pour over the dressing and toss together. Gently mix in the tomatoes, spring onions and tune, then sprinkle over parsley.
