Ingredients
*Kroger Bread Lite White Bread, 2 serving *Kraft Parmesan Cheese,1 cup Daisy Lite Sour Cream, 1cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .25 cup *chicken leg quarter, 4 serving add to taste, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
Directions
make bread crumbs using lite bread, mix the bread crumbs with the cheese, in a bowl mix the sour cream and the milk, wash chicken and cut in half, dunk each piece into the sour cream/milk mixture then pass it through the bread crumb/cheese mixture. put onto a pan sprayed with olive oil pam. bake at 375* for about 45 mins covered... after that time uncover chicken and place back in oven for another 10 mins.
