Spice Carrots

Ingredients
4 cups sliced raw carrots (I use 2 lb bag)Cinnanon to taste1 T splendia sweetner for baking
Directions
I slice carrots into round pieces and then place in a 2 guart cassorole dish. Cover with foil and bake at 400 for about 15 minutes, or to as tender as you like. I like them to be little firm. Take out of oven and sprinkle with cinnamon and splendia, stirring to cover well. These are good hot or cold. serving size 1 cup. Makes 4 servings
