Ingredients

    1 Head of Romaine lettuce
    6 Fresh Kale leaves
    1 large lemon peeled
    2 Fuji ( or other sweet ) Apples
    2" to 3" slice of Fresh Ginger
    Throw everything in the juicer.
    Pour into two large glasses add Ice. ENJOY!!!

    I love this drink and I have it every morning for breakfast. I use only a small apple though and add some stevia. I also pour it over ice to make it super refreshing. Love it. - 12/14/09

    This sounds awful but is soooo good. It is so refreshing! I was drinking this daily and found I actually craved it. You won't believe how refreshing and satisfying it is. I didn't use the ginger since I don't really like it and I peeled the lemon since i found the peel made it a bit bitter. - 7/24/09
