Jen's Honey Wheat Bread

2 cups warm water (110 degrees)3 cups Whole wheat flour3 cups bread flour2/3 cup granulated sugar1.5 Tbsp. Active dry yeast
Dissolve sugar and yeast in water allow to rest until mixture resembles a creamy foam. Meanwhile mix flours together. Add flour to yeast mixture 1 cup at a time until dough forms. Turn dough out on a lightly floured surface and knead 5-8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in lightly greased bowl and turn to coat. Allow to rise 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Punch down dough and divide into 2. Place in two well greased loaf pans and allow to rise until 1 inch over top of pan, about 30 minutes. Bake 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Allow to cool completely.
