1lb Ground Turkey1/2c Pork Rind Crumbs1 Egg1/4c Walden Farms Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce1 Tbsp Dried Onion Flakes1 Tbsp Parsley1 Tsp Garlic Powder1 Tsp Dried Oregano1/2 Tsp Basil1/2 Tsp Fennel1/2 Tsp Salt1/4 Tsp Pepper
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and combine until well mixed. Form balls using your hands - they should be loosely shaped but in a ball form - don't pack them.
Place in the muffin tins. Bake for 40 - 45 minutes.
Heat with your favorite no-sugar marinara sauce.
Serving Size: 1 Ball
