Ingredients
2 tomatoes1/2 Onion 2 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil3 Tbs Parmesan CheeseSpices to taste 10 slices of Whole Wheat Bread
Directions
Chop the tomatoes and onions, then Mix the first 5 ingredients together. Place bread slices on cookie sheet. Top with Mixture and place under broiler for 2-3 minutes - until bread is brown.
