Shrimp and Avocado Salad FTW

Lime Juice, 1 lime yields Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Cilantro, raw, 8 tbsp Pepper, black, .125 tsp Morton Table Salt, .125 tsp Shrimp, cooked, 16 oz Avocados - 2 Fresh - Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 4 cup, shredded or chopped (remove)
Dressing:
Combine lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, pepper, salt.
Salad:
Pour dressing over patted dry shrimp. Stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 to 3 hours.
Wash and dry lettuce. Divide among plates.
Cut avocados into bite size wedges. Sprinkle over lettuce.
Top with marinated shrimp and leftover dressing.
Serving Size: Serves 4 as a side dish or 2 as main meal
