Lowfat Banana Muffins with Chocolate Chips

2 cups mashed banana (about four large) 1 egg1/4 cup skim milk1 tbsp canola oil2 cups whole wheat pastry flour1 tsp baking soda2 1/4 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, but are included in nutrition information)
Mix wet ingredients. In separate bowl, mix dry ingredients. Add wet to dry, stir until just mixed (no dry spots). Scoop evenly into muffin tins (12), bake at 350 F for 15 minutes.
