Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef2 Large Eggs8 ounces tomato sauce4 cloves garlic, minced3T Low Sodium soy sauce1 T Onion Powder1 T Dried ParsleyBlack pepper to taste1/2 cup parmesean cheeseOne slice raw bacon chopped fine
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Shape into loaf and place in pan. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
