4 Eggs2/3 skin milk or fat free1 teaspoon of substitue sugar(optional)1 tablespoon of vanilla extractpinch of salt (optional)whole wheat toastsubstitue powder sugar
4 large eggs, 2/3 of skin milk or fat free milk, 1 teaspoon of substitue sugar(0 calories), 1 tablespoon of vanilla, a pinch of salt (remember if you have heart problems you can't eat salt) after you mix all the ingredients and it has a light color yellow now you can get the whole wheat toast and soak the slice of bread in the mixture.
Get a fry pan and cooking spray.
put the toast in frying pan and make sure you have the stove on medium. keep turning the toast around until it has a golden brown color (becareful dont burn it) and then is ready to eat
