Low fat meat balls with ground turkey and lean ground beef

1 pound ground turkey breast1 pound lean 85% or 80% ground beef1 egg1 tsp oregano, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and pepper
mix all well.
form into balls
spray a baking pan with cooking spray/"pam"
bake at 350 until done, about 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature is 170 degrees, or inside of one ball is no longer pink. when you remove from oven, put something under pan edge so fat drains away from meatballs. let cook. weigh into 100 gram serving and put into baggies in freezer.
Serving Size: 18-21, 100 grams per serving, cooked, about 3 small to medium meatballs
