Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients
1 cup strawberries, sliced1 tsp lemon juice1 tbsp honey1 tbsp chia seeds
Directions
put all ingredients in a bowl and use hand/immersion blender until you reach the desired consistency.

Refridgerate for 2 hours or over night.

Keeps in the fridge for about 14 days.
