Ingredients
1lb Extra Lean Ground BeefI Can of Whole Tomatoes w/no added saltI Can of Tomato Paste3 Large Mushrooms (chopped) 1 Red Pepper (chopped)1 Large Onion (chopped)Black Pepper (to taste)1 tsp Garlic Powder2 tbsp Basil (freshly chopped) 1tsp of Dried Red Chili Flakes
Directions
clean and prepare veggies, over medium heat cook ground beef, add onions & peppers. once beef is almost cooked add the tomatoes and the tomato paste. Bring to a boil and turn down heat to simmer. simmer for about 5 more minutes until the sauce thickens.
