Salt, 0.50 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Soy Flour, 1 cup, stirred Soy Milk, 1.50 cup Baking Powder, 2 tspSugar-Free Maple-Flavored Syrup, 2 Tbsp.Whole Wheat Pastry Flour 1 cup Water, 1 cup
Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet until they are thoroughly mixed and free of lumps. Let batter sit for 10 minutes. Fry in a hot skillet using cooking spray.
