Ingredients
Whole Grain Quinoa (dry), 1 cupSilk Vanilla Almond Milk, Protein + Fiber, 1.5 cupsWhole Wheat Pastry Flour, 1.5 cup Eggs, Large - 4Baking Powder, 4 tspChia Seed, 4 tbsp Silk Vanilla Almond Milk, Protein + Fiber, 2/3 cupNestle premium white morsels, 1/2 cupBlueberries, fresh, 1 pint
Directions
Cook quinoa in 1.5 cups almond milk.
Once cooked, combine all ingredients and cook on griddle. Serve with syrup of choice.
