Caesar Salad Dressing *vegan (Grounded Nutrition)

Ingredients
• 1/4 cup cashews, soaked overnight• 2 tbsp hemp seeds• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar• 1 clove garlic, minced• 1 tsp chickpea miso or tamari• 1 medjool date, pitted• 2 tbsp nutritional yeast• salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Taste for seasoning. Pour dressing over lettuce, toss and enjoy!

Serving Size: 2 generous servings of dressing (Cut in half if you like lightly dressed)
