1 Small Whole Wheat Tortilla 3 T. Ragu or Pizza Sauce1 T. Diced Yellow Peppers1 T. Sliced Black Olives1 T. Sliced Green Olives1 T. Diced Onions1 oz. Diced Deli Turkey Breast2 T. Shredded Fat Free CheeseFresh Chopped Basil to taste
Use a few drops of olive oil spray on a small bakink dish. On tortilla add sauce, then rest of ingredients, ending with cheese and basil. Bake at 400 degrees for about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and lightly golden brown. Makes 1 serving.
