Curry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast1 teaspoon Paprika 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder1 Cup Mayonnaise (I like to use Light Mayo)1/2 Cup Red Seedless Grapes1 Medium Celery Stalk, chopped1 Medium Carrot, Shredded 1 teaspoon Curry Powder
Directions
Rub both sides of chicken breasts with paprika and garlic powder and grill until done. Cut into bite size pieces.
Mix together all ingredients and serve warm.
Makes 4 servings.
