Ground beef, lean, 1.25 pounds Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed *Ketchup, Heinz, 8 tbsp Milk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cup *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry, 1 serving Bob's Red Mill Organic Whole Grain Quinoa (1/4 C dry = 1/2 C), 0.5 cup cookedSalt, 1 dash Pepper, black, .25 tsp Ginger, ground, .25 tsp
Preheat oven to 350. Combine meat with onion mix, milk, egg, quinoa (as a substitute for bread crubms), salt and pepper. Place into a loaf pan.
Mix together ketchup and brown sugar.
Pour brown sugar glaze on top of meat.
Cook for 1 hour.
