Sausage Patties

8 oz raw chorizo16 oz ground turkey16 oz ground pork1 red pepper1 yellow pepper2 fresh tomatoes1 tbs chili powder1 tsp fennel seed2 tsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tsp tumeric1 TBS ground sage1 tsp oregano1 tsp Siracha1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powder3/4 tsp cinnamon
Place meats in large bowl.
Chop peppers and tomatoes.
Saute in fry pan sprayed with cooking spray until fairly dry.
Let cool.
Add spices to meats.
Mix in sauteed peppers and tomatoes.
Weigh out 4 ounces and shape into patties.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Place patties on cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees 25 to 30 minutes.
