This was quick, easy, and yummy! I used a few shakes of cayenne instead of chili pepper. - 9/30/10

I liked this more than I expected. I didn't have a chili pepper so I used 1/4 t. chili powder. The chili taste was a little too strong. But, with some tweeking would be really good. I'll probably make it again. - 3/28/10

Good but seemed a little dry, so I added a diced plum tomatoe in the last three minutes. Really added to the presentation, too. - 6/13/09
