Spicy French Toast with Warmed Peaches

2 slices of whole grain bread1 whole fresh peach (or frozen slices if not in season)1 egg scrambled up in a bowl raw1 tsp of cayenne pepper (I prefer smoked)1 splenda packet (for sweetness)2 oz of Fage plain yogurt (or just a few tbs)A splash or two tbs of plain light soy milk
*Grab up your egg, cayenne, soy milk, and splenda.
*blend that all together in a bowl
*Grab your bread slices and dunk into egg mix
*coat both sides evenly
*put into pan and cook until both sides of bread are browned
*cut your peach into manageable slices
*place in pan
*cook them until slightly browned
*put peach slices on toast
*add your yogurt on top
*enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes two slices of bread and one topping of fruit
