Ingredients:1 lbs beef stew meat1 medium onion, chopped1 lb whole button mushrooms1/2 cup beef or chicken stock1 tablespoon worcestershire saucesalt & pepper, to taste1 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon chipotle chili powdersplash of red wine (optional)
Throw everything into the slow cooker, stir to combine, and cook on low for 6-8 hours. Serve with noodles, rice or mashed potatoes… whatever you’d like!
