Melt butter and coconut oil in microwave safe mug with straight sides, tipping to coat sides of mug. Add remaining ingredients and stir well with fork. Microwave 90 seconds on high.
Turn out of mug. Slice in half. Serve warm with butter or whipped cream to taste.
