Ingredients
1/2c. Cabbage, fresh, diced 1/2 Med. Green Bell Pepper, diced1/2 Med. Yellow onion, raw, diced1/2 tbsp Garlic powder,1/2 8oz can Great Value Low Sodium Tomato Sauce 1lb Town & Country's Ground Round/beef 85/15 3/4c. V8 Vegetable Juice, Low Sodium, 4 oz1/2 tbsp Salt - Great Value- Iodized1/2 tsp Garlic salt, 1 pkg Best Choice Boil in Bag Brown Rice
Directions
Brown the meat with the onion and green pepper, Drain when done. Add tomato sauce and V8. Cook rice and then add to meat mix. Put in oven safe container and layer meat & cabbage. Bake covered on 350 for 90min
