Fish- Cod, 8 oz 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving *Red Bell Pepper (Peppers, sweet, red, raw) (USDA) (1 medium, 119 g), 1 serving Garlic, 6 clove Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) *Whole Wheat Flour, 0.125 cup White Wine, 4 fl oz Water, tap, 0.125 cup (8 fl oz) Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large
Cut the peppers, onions in medium size cubes
garlic in slivers.
start with the garlic, add onions, peppers and after 3 minutes add the wine and water. reduce to slow cooking and add 1 T flour in cold water to above.
pass the cod in flour, egg and place in hot oil until fully cooked. Served with the Ham cracker (recipe to follow)
Serving Size: makes 2 4oz portions
