Holli's Light French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
12 Servings Low Calorie 100% Whole Wheat Bread (I used Sarah Lee 45 Calories & Delightful 100% Whole Wheat Bread)5 Large Egg Whites3 Whole Eggs3 C. 1% Low Fat Milk2 tsp. Brown Sugar Blend (Splenda/Brown Sugar)1 tsp. Splenda (or any sugar substitute)2 tsp. Vanilla Extract2 C. Fresh BlueberriesTOPPING:1 1/2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar Blend3 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
Directions
1) Cut bread into 1 in. cubes.
2) Place bread cubes into a greased 13x9 baking dish.
3) In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites, eggs, milk, 2 tsp. brown sugar blend, splenda, and vanilla together.
4) Pour whisked mixture over bread.
5) Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
6) Remove baking dish and contents from refrigerator 30 mins before baking. Preheat oven to 350*.
7) Mix in blueberries.
8) Combine the topping ingredients, and sprinkle over top of bread mixture.
9) Cover and bake for 45-50 mins, or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
10) Let stand for 5 minutes.
11) Enjoy!
