Multigrain (50g)Minced beef (100g)1 lettuce1/2 tomato1 slice of cheese (20g)1TBSP BBQ sauce
Directions
1- Make your beef into a patty and cook for 15-20 mins.
2- Put your cheese, lettuce, tomato and BBQ sauce on your bun.
3- Once your patty is cooked you can place it on the hamburger.
4- You can eat your healthy hamburger.
