Ingredients
Beef Chuck Roast - 2 lbs.+Salt, 1 tbsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper - 1 tbsp Garlic Cloves - 6 crushedDried Thyme - tsp Dried Rosemary - 1 tsp Bay Leaf - 3 LeavesMrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, 1 tbspBanana Peppers - 1/2 cup juice (peppers Optional)Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 cupBeef Broth - 2-15oz. cans
Directions
Braise Chuck Roast in a skillet on both sides on Med-Hi for 3 minutes on each side.
Crush garlic cloves.
Put Roast in crockpot.
Put in all other ingredients.
Cook on High for 6 hours or Med/Low for 8 hours.

Serving Size: Makes 12 sandwiches with a quarter cup each serving.
