1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts1 small can cream of mushroom soup + 1 can water1 can mixed vegetables
Cube chicken. Cook in skillet until no longer pink. Add cream of mushroom soup + 1 can of water and can of vegetable medley. Season to taste. Simmer about 20 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked (160 degree internal temperature) and sauce has thickened. Serve over rice, pasta, or whatever.
