Avocado, Bacon, and Cheese Baked Frittata

Ingredients
8 Eggs.33 Cup of 2% Milk4 Slices of Bacon1 Cup of shredded cheese.25 Cup of chopped basil1 Avocado.5 Pepper1 Onion1 Clove of Garlic5 Mushrooms
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cook Bacon and crumble.

Fry onion and garlic in leftover bacon grease.

Beat eggs and milk with wire whisk in medium bowl.

Stir 1/2 cup of the cheese and all other ingredients.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate.

Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.

Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
