Black Bean Burgers

Ingredients
1 15.5 oz can of Black Beans, drained and rinsed.75 cup cooked brown rice.5 Bell Pepper, Green, diced1 sweet yellow onion, diced2 Cloves Garlic, mincedSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Cook the onion, garlic and peppers until soft in a frying pan. Add the beans and rice and cook until heated through. Remove from heat and mash the mixture with a potato masher until you can form patties. Cook until heated through.
