Ingredients
Crispy Tofu 100g/3½oz tofu, cut into cubes 50g/1¾oz plain flour ½ tsp cayenne pepper ½ tsp turmeric ½ tsp ground coriander ½ tsp ground ginger ½ tsp curry powder A little oil for frying
Directions
Combine the flour with all the spices and toss in the cubed tofu. Make sure each chunk is well coated. Heat the oil and fry tofu chunks on each side for 3-5 mins in total.

    This recipe was really easy and quick to prepare and really tasty. I am a big fan of spicy and the flour mix also helped to give a nice texture. I put it in a wrap with some tomatoes and lettuce and it made my first cooking experience with tofu fantastic! Thanks for the recipe! - 4/14/08
