Homemade Spaetzle

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour- 2/3 cup skim milk- 2 tsp salt- 4 eggs
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Stir til near smooth. Batter will be sticky. Press through spaetzle maker or a colander into pot of boiling water. Boil 2 minutes or until noodles float, remove with slotted spoon.
